  • Hot smoked salmon and horseradish pate with courgette pickles, beetroot and caper relish and a beetroot scone

 

  • Goats cheese, slow roast tomato, green bean and Puy lentil salad with Charlies Leaves and a balsamic dressing

 

  • Smoked chicken and ham hock terrine, home chutney, cornichons, sourdough and whipped chicken butter

  

  • 2 x Bao buns, Folk at Home Kimchi, Spring onions, Cucumber and ginger mayo

     Choose from either; Slow cooked pork belly or Shitake mushroom

 

Main course

  • Roast local squash, sage, red onion and parmesan risotto tart with chicory and fennel salad and buttered new potatoes

 

  • Adnams Blackshore stout braised Beef short rib with potato terrine, charred hispi cabbage and roast shallots

 

  • Roast North Sea cod fillet with a rich Spanish tomato, pepper and butter bean stew with parsley, rouille and chard

 

  • Malaysian Laksa, Spicy noodle soup finished with red chilli oil and crispy shallots. Choose from either;

      Chicken and Prawn or

      Smoked Tofu

 

Desserts

  • Salted Miso Chocolate Brownie with Banana Miso Caramel and popcorn crunch

 

  • Baked New York cheesecake, roasted plums

 

  • Classic crème caramel, Burnt orange salad
