We gave him free rein with the menu and the result was exceptional; he matched the catering to the style and theme of the whole wedding to perfection. "We like good food and were both adamant that having a decent spread at our wedding was a serious priority. We knew of Sam from his time at the Ship in Dunwich and he came highly recommended by friends and family who had attended events he had previously catered.

Sam was extremely flexible and helpful in working with us to devise a menu that fitted both our budget and the tastes and dietary requirements of our guests. He presented us with a wide range of options and was really helpful in planning how to make the provision of food work on the day, given we were holding our event in a field with no kitchen facilities.

Sam provided us with a fabulous BBQ buffet with a wide range of Yottam-esque salads, slow cooked meats and multiple vegetarian options for the main meal. The salads were then topped up and sausages and veggie burgers were produced early in the evening to help everyone soak up the day’s excesses.

All of our guests were extremely complementary about the variety and flavours on offer and all ate extremely well - and there was even plenty left over to feed a team of helpers the following day during the clean-up.

The service provided by Sam was on all counts brilliant. He was friendly, flexible and provided solutions to any problems that presented themselves, given our choice of location and the varied dietary requirements of our many guests. The food was delicious, provided in generous quantity and a standout out part of a truly wonderful day. We couldn’t recommend him, his cooking or friendly and helpful customer focused approach highly enough!"

"We asked Sam to provide a brunch for the morning after a hen party and it was the perfect recovery! He arrived with everything he needed to serve all 16 of us a delicious feast of Bloody Mary eggy bread with quite simply the best tomato salsa I have ever tasted. I still think about that sauce! It was such a treat to have such amazing food served up on a morning when we would have been hard pressed to make toast. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Sam for any occasion and I’m certainly glad we were lucky enough to have him there to help us continue our celebrations."
